This skill share seeks to share information on how zines can be used to heal. I wish to illuminate how zines and the zine community support healing especially when one does not have access to mental healthcare. You can follow along and make a one page zine with me. I will provide prompts that can be done during the event and will provide some prompts for people to do on their own time.
Materials: -letter size paper -pen -pencil

*I am not a licensed therapist, art therapist, or social worker. All information comes from my own research done while writing my master's thesis or from personal experience.
